Bored with your same old routine?

Wellness is merely a gift you choose to give yourself - it begins with one simple choice after another.....

There are so many things we can do to help us stay well, and prevent us from being ill.  I've just listed a few that can improve your health and well being. Please let me know what you do using the 'contact us' link.

Blazing Sky Bodywork

  • Eat breakfast, it truly is the most important meal of the day.
  • Get outside and soak up some vitamin D. Be cautious of your time in the sun and wear appropriate protection
  • Wash your hands - OFTEN, especially if you've been around someone who is sick
  • Get adequate sleep - we underestimate the amount of sleep we should get (7-8 hours min)
  • Stay hydrated, drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and eat healthy foods with nutritional value (portion control)
  • Add 10 minutes of exercise to your day - if you have a routine, add in an extra 10 min, if not, start off with 10 min, sedentary behavior has negative consequences on our health - get up and move around!
  • Brush your teeth 2x day and and floss 1x daily. Oral hygiene promotes good general health
  • Spend more time with family and friends, this helps relieve stress, laugh and relax more
  • Correct your posture - posture affects both physical and mental health, work on keeping your back straight
