I continue to uphold all recommendations from the CDC, the State of Texas and ABMP regarding COVID-19 for your health and safety. I have not received the vaccination as I take medication that suppresses my immune system. I have not been sick, I always wear a mask outside of my home and I uphold the strictest standards with daily cleaning and disinfecting of all hard surfaces, forms, pens, linens, pillows and massage table, and I have two air purification systems in my office. I use disinfectants that are recommended from the CDC. Additionally, I maintain extremely high standards for my personal sanitation of my hands and arms. Your safety and mine is my number one priority.

OFFICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
MASKS: I am masked at all times with a medical N95 NIOSH approved surgical mask. For the continued safety of our most vulnerable clients I require that every client wear a mask that tightly covers your nose and chin whether you have been vaccinated or not. I continue to screen clients with a temperature screening every time you come into the office and will ask you COVID-19 related screening questions every two weeks. Thank you for your cooperation and business.
IF YOU ARE SICK: Please do not come into the office if you are sick with a cold, the flu, having upper respiratory problems, cough, fever, or sick to your stomach. Please do not come in if you have a rash, allergic reaction or other skin disorder. Massage could be contraindicated and make you feel worse. Please reschedule your appointment.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the end of each session in the form of check or cash if possible. I am set up to take credit cards, however always trying to reduce the risk, and the fees are ridiculous. 😊
RETURNED CHECKS: A fee of $37.00 (BB&T) will be charged for any NSF returned checks (BB&T) plus the charge for the session is due immediately in cash and must be dropped off at my office. Any remaining or scheduled sessions must be paid in cash. Thank you for your understanding.
BEING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please keep in mind your session may be cut short, due to scheduling. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please contact my office via text or phone. (214) 364-5611.
You will receive a text or email 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your time. Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment, so the space can be filled by another client. If you have to cancel your appointment on the same day, please do so at least 4 hours in advance. If you have a sudden situation and cannot make your appointment, please contact me at your earliest.
Appointments canceled within the hour will be charged $35.00 payable at the next session. The fee will be charged because the appointment time cannot be filled by another client when canceling at the last minute.
Clients who confirm their appointments and do not show up for the appointments will be charged for the cost of the entire session, payable before or at the next session in cash.
PLUS ONES: Unless you are in need of a caretaker to be with you during your session, please come alone. Please do not bring children or pets into the massage therapy room with you. This is meant to be a relaxing time for you.
